Position: Cook – Up To $17.55/hr
About: Umaizushi at HMSHost, located in Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport, is seeking a skilled Sushi Cook to join their team. The Sushi Cook will be responsible for preparing sushi and other food products, ensuring quality and presentation, practicing food safety, and providing excellent service to customers and associates.
Requirements: Requires a high school diploma or equivalent GED; Minimum 1 year of closely related Sushi cooking experience with knowledge of HACCP standards; Must pass company’s food & safety sanitation class; Experience in high volume and casual dining restaurant environment; Ability to bend, twist, stand, lift up to 40 pounds, and work with sharp utensils; Proficiency in English with the ability to speak and write Japanese a plus
