Position: Cook, Maria and Enzos Ristorante
About: Delaware North’s Patina Restaurant Group is hiring an experienced full-time Cook to join our team at Maria and Enzos Ristorante in Lake Buena Vista, Florida. You will be preparing food, adhering to quality standards, operating kitchen equipment, and upholding all health codes and sanitation regulations.
Requirements: At least 1 year of previous experience in a back-of-the-house food-service position; Ability to read and comprehend prep sheets and recipes; Basic math skills, with the ability to calculate and follow recipe measurements; Must be able to lift 50 lbs or more, reach up to seven feet, bend, and squat; Standing and walking for the entire length of shift in moderate to high noise levels; Manual ability to chop, mix, blend, whip a variety of foods and liquids and operate kitchen equipment; Exposed to variable temperatures and damp environments
