Position: Concert & Event Merchandise Assistant Manager

About: Intuit Dome, located in Inglewood, CA, is looking for a Concert & Event Venue Assistant Merchandise Manager. The role involves overseeing the successful operation of on-site artist/tour merchandise sales and managing a team of retail teammates. The ideal candidate should have a background in concert and event merchandise operations, be data-driven, and willing to work in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements: 3-5 years of live concert & event experience (Merchandise Sales); 1-3 years of working cross-functionally with venue/artist/promoter/event management; 1-3 years of managing 25 or more employees; Ability to think strategically, problem-solve, and multi-task; Ability to maintain a positive attitude and demonstrate professionalism; Ability to complete work accurately and on time; Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing; Must have availability to work 100% of scheduled events monthly except for approved time off; Lift/move boxes weighing up to 50lbs; Be able to stand for several hours at a time; Flexible schedule and ability to work late hours, weekends, long nights, and holidays
