About: The Technology Operations team at UCLA oversees the design, development, implementation, maintenance, and enhancement of IT platforms, systems, and applications. The Housing & Hospitality IT Products team focuses on developing essential products for building operations, dining services, and special events, staying updated on emerging technologies and industry best practices.
Requirements: Three years experience working in IT, computer science, management, or related field; three years experience in higher education or related field; experience in designing and documenting business processes, configuring application functions, and understanding Lean and Agile methodologies; experience in conducting requirement gathering interviews, utilizing analytics tools, and supporting decision-making; five or more years experience in IT, computer science, management, higher education, or related fields; ability to identify key issues critical to organizational success; proven record of delivering user-centered products; strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to establish positive relationships and balance competing priorities; strong organizational and problem-solving skills; ability to work in a diverse and inclusive environment; creative thinking and agility in a fast-paced setting.
