Position: Bartender (Part Time) – Stadium Club – Caribe Royale Orlando Hotel
About: As a Stadium Club Bartender, you will be the life of the party, crafting delicious drinks and creating a fun and energetic atmosphere for our guests. Your mixology skills, outgoing personality, and passion for providing exceptional service will be the key ingredients in making every visit to our stadium club a memorable experience. From mixing classic cocktails to creating exciting game-day specials, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring that our guests have a fantastic time during events and games.
Requirements: Previous bartending experience in a fast-paced environment is preferred; Extensive knowledge of various alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, cocktails, and drink-making techniques; Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor; Ability to work efficiently under pressure and handle a busy bar with the utmost professionalism; Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with guests, creating a fun and welcoming atmosphere; Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, based on our event schedule; Must be of legal age to serve alcoholic beverages; Must be able to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays; Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously; Ability to communicate in the English language. Second language is a plus; Ability to perform proper chemical handling, cleaning techniques and use of equipment/machinery; Must be physically fit in order to lift, pull and push items up to 50 pounds; Also requires standing/walking/reaching and bending throughout shift
