Job Requirements

Job Duties
- Help Wedding Planner on the day of event and a couple of days before event
- Develop comprehensive wedding plans using our wedding planning software
- Negotiate contracts with vendors such as caterers, florists, and venues
- Oversee social media posts during day of event
- Coordinate logistics on the wedding day to ensure everything runs smoothly
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and guests
- Utilize strong organizational skills to keep track of multiple events simultaneously
