Job Description

We are a dynamic and creative wedding planning company dedicated to crafting unforgettable celebrations for couples embarking on their journey to matrimony. As a specialized service provider in the event planning industry, we have built a reputation for attention to detail, personalized coordination, and exceptional customer service. Our team thrives in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment, ensuring that every wedding we touch is a seamless blend of joy, creativity, and flawless execution. We are passionate about supporting our clients through every step of their wedding process, from initial conception through to the final memorable event.

Currently, we are seeking a Wedding Planner's Assistant to join our team in a part-time, contract, and temporary capacity. This role offers competitive pay ranging from $150.00 to $400.00 per day, depending on the event and responsibilities undertaken. The successful candidate will work primarily in person, assisting our lead Wedding Planner on the days surrounding our events to help bring each wedding vision to life.

The Wedding Planner's Assistant plays a crucial role in the preparatory and execution phases of weddings. The person in this position will collaborate closely with the lead planner to develop detailed wedding plans encompassing timelines, vendor coordination, inventory management, and communication with clients and suppliers using specialized wedding planning software (training provided). This role demands a blend of creativity, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple moving parts simultaneously. A strong emphasis is placed on customer service excellence, as you will also be a key contact for clients and their guests during the event day, ensuring all concerns are promptly addressed and that the wedding runs smoothly from start to finish.

In addition to logistical coordination, the assistant will be responsible for vendor negotiations to secure optimal contracts and service terms with caterers, florists, venues, and other vendors. This requires a proactive attitude, excellent communication skills, and the confidence to uphold our high standards for quality and client satisfaction. Furthermore, your role includes overseeing social media engagement on the day of the event to share real-time moments and contribute to our brand presence. The position also demands physical stamina as it involves standing for long periods and managing the fast pace of event settings.

Being part of our company means joining a supportive and innovative team culture where creativity flourishes. We are committed to fostering professional development opportunities, including the chance to get certified as a Wedding Planner. Our work environment values collaboration and continuous growth, with resources available to enhance work-life balance and mental wellness. If you are passionate about event planning, customer service, and contributing to once-in-a-lifetime memories, this opportunity is designed for you. Join us and be an integral part of creating magical and extraordinary experiences that clients will cherish forever.
