The club is currently seeking a dedicated Events Coordinator to join its team, an essential role responsible for enhancing member experiences through exceptional event planning and coordination. This full-time position plays a key role in managing all aspects of event services, including handling event inquiries, preparing Banquet Event Orders (BEOs), and collaborating closely with vendors to ensure seamless execution of events. The successful candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a high level of professionalism.

The Events Coordinator will work closely with both members and club staff to create customized event solutions that exceed expectations. This role involves negotiating vendor contracts, coordinating logistics, and ensuring all event details align with the club’s standards of excellence. Candidates are expected to have a minimum of two years of experience in the hospitality industry, ideally within event management, and hold a relevant college degree.
