The position of Retail Marketing Representative at Mosaic, based in Springfield, offers an exciting opportunity to join a fast-paced, people-focused team within the marketing sector. This role is part-time with an hourly wage of $18.00 plus bonus incentives, emphasizing both financial rewards and personal development. As a Retail Marketing Representative, you will be the key face of the Renewal by Andersen brand at retail stores, trade shows, and showroom locations. Your primary objective will be to generate leads and build brand awareness by engaging prospective customers through meaningful conversations and product education. You'll be responsible for setting up and dismantling marketing displays and booths, maintaining accurate data entry through CRM systems, and supporting broader marketing and event initiatives under the guidance of the Event and Retail Manager.

Job Duties

  • Identify and secure high-impact retail and event opportunities to maximize brand visibility and lead generation
  • be the face of Renewal by Andersen at retail stores, events, and showrooms
  • engage prospective customers in meaningful conversations to understand their needs
  • educate customers on our products and guide them through the appointment-setting process
  • set up and tear down booth spaces and marketing displays
  • track marketing efforts and enter data into CRM system
  • support the Event and Retail Manager with special projects and showroom coordination
