Job Description

Creedon and Co. is a family-owned hospitality company based in Worcester, Massachusetts, with over 40 years of experience serving clients throughout Massachusetts and New England. The company has built a strong reputation for thoughtful service, reliability, creativity, hustle, and building lasting relationships. Creedon and Co. offers a comprehensive range of services, including catering, event services, tent and rental equipment, vending services, and hospitality support tailored for diverse occasions such as elegant weddings, corporate events, school functions, backyard celebrations, festivals, and community gatherings. At the heart of Creedon and Co.’s ethos is a commitment to hospitality not only as a service but as a way of operating and engaging with clients and the community.

The role of Hospitality & Client Specialist at Creedon and Co. is a dynamic and people-focused position that demands genuine passion for hospitality, excellent communication, strong organizational skills, and the ability to solve problems efficiently. This is not a traditional office role but a fast-paced, engaging job that involves becoming one of the key voices and relationship builders for the company. As a Hospitality & Client Specialist, the individual will guide clients through the event and catering planning process with warmth, professionalism, and attentiveness, ensuring that customers feel confident, calm, and well cared for at every stage. The ideal candidate is someone who thrives on noticing the small details that make a big difference, can handle organized chaos, and enjoys connecting with clients and team members alike.

This position requires emotional intelligence, resourcefulness, and the ability to maintain professional composure while infusing personality and humor into interactions. Creedon and Co. values a collaborative spirit, and the Hospitality & Client Specialist will work closely with leadership and various departments, including kitchen staff, warehouse teams, and event coordinators, to ensure smooth communication and execution of events. Responsibilities include managing client relations, coordinating office and operational workflows, supporting marketing efforts, and handling general office duties. The candidate will also help maintain the company’s brand voice and contribute creative ideas to enhance customer experiences and seasonal offerings.

Creedon and Co. fosters a small but mighty culture characterized by hard work, teamwork, and a sense of purpose. Employees are considered the heartbeat of the company, with many enjoying long-term careers thanks to the camaraderie and variety the work provides. The company embraces both elegance and controlled chaos, valuing humor, kindness, authenticity, and professionalism. With competitive compensation based on experience, a comprehensive benefits package, and opportunities for long-term growth, Creedon and Co. offers a fulfilling environment for those passionate about hospitality and client service.
