The role of Event Coordinator at Legends Global involves providing exemplary client service support in the planning, organizing, and execution of events hosted within the facility. This position is pivotal to the logistical success of events, managing all facets from initial booking through conclusion, while serving as the essential liaison between the facility and tenants to ensure compliance with all rules, regulations, and client requirements. The Event Coordinator is responsible for maintaining positive client relationships and communication, ensuring timely updates on deadlines, facility setup, insurance necessities, and other relevant operational details. Key responsibilities include coordinating event operations, supporting hospitality activities, and facilitating collaboration among production, management, and client teams. Additional duties involve developing CAD floor plans for ticketed events, managing vital documents and reports, interpreting contracts and venue policies for client preparation, and responding proactively to client needs and concerns. This role demands strong project management skills, superior communication abilities, adaptability to rapidly changing situations, and a detail-oriented approach to ensure flawless event execution and client satisfaction.

Job Duties
- Serve as primary contact for clients of assigned events
- assist in development and conceptualization of show needs
- keep clients informed of deadline schedules including floor plan submissions, facility setup specifications, and insurance requirements
- provide support and coordination for event operations including hospitality events
- communicate event needs clearly and timely to staff and production teams
- develop CAD drawings for ticketed events in conjunction with the Box Office and production teams
- manage, maintain, and organize files and reports related to venue events
- guide clients by interpreting and explaining contract provisions and venue policies
- follow up on client requests, concerns, and problems
- perform other duties as assigned
