The organization values its employees highly and strives to create a positive workplace culture enriched with professional growth opportunities and competitive benefits.

The Staffing Coordinator role at Leonard Florence Center for Living is a full-time position that plays a critical role in ensuring optimal nursing staff coverage and efficient workforce management. The position offers a competitive hourly wage ranging from $26.50 to $32.00, based on experience. Additionally, you will monitor staffing levels to proactively identify concerns and report them to leadership in a timely manner. Your contributions will extend to maintaining professional license tracking and other compliance documentation to ensure all staff records are accurate and current.

This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a dynamic healthcare setting and are passionate about making a difference in long-term care operations. Leonard Florence Center for Living offers a supportive and collaborative environment where your efforts will directly impact the quality of care delivered.
