Job Qualifications
- Experience with registration platforms such as Cvent, Splash, Greenvelope, Bizzabo
- at least 3 years of event industry experience
- project management skills
- advanced Excel proficiency including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, INDEX, IF, COUNTA, COUNTIF
- familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, Teams, Adobe Suite, Google Docs, Google Workspace
- excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
- ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- ability to manage competing tasks in fast-paced environments
- ability to remain positive and productive under pressure
Job Duties
- Write content, design, and manage registration website builds in Cvent and similar platforms
- serve as primary point of contact for clients regarding event registration
- oversee entire registration process from start to finish

- manage and monitor multiple registration builds simultaneously
- ensure positive customer experience across clients, attendees, and staff
