The company has built a diverse and compelling content library featuring holographic representations of legendary artists such as Roy Orbison, Buddy Holly, Maria Callas, and Whitney Houston, alongside their flagship educational film, Dinosaur Discoveries: A Holographic Adventure. BASE Xperiential aims to marry education with entertainment by producing visually captivating shows designed for a variety of venues ranging from casinos, cruise ships, theme parks, to museums. One of their groundbreaking technologies, HoloTheater, integrates large-scale holograms with expansive film projections, creating cutting-edge 3D audience experiences. This unique platform is tailored specifically for venues like museums, zoos, aquariums, and other educational and entertainment-focused destinations.
BX’s HoloTheater division is rapidly growing and seeks a knowledgeable and passionate General Manager to lead the upcoming venue opening in Natick, Massachusetts. This role offers a dynamic career opportunity with a minimum base salary of $65,000 annually, complemented by company benefits including health, vision, dental coverage, and discretionary bonus considerations based on performance.
The General Manager will play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, delivering exceptional guest experiences, and driving revenue growth through effective ticket and merchandise sales. A core responsibility involves cultivating strong community ties and promotional partnerships to amplify the venue’s visibility and attract diverse audiences. The individual in this position will be instrumental in expanding group ticket and event sales, targeting markets such as schools, corporate groups, tour operators, and private parties.
This exciting leadership role combines operational expertise with proven sales strategies and innovative marketing approaches to elevate the HoloTheater brand. The General Manager will oversee all facets of venue operations including staff leadership, customer service excellence, safety compliance, budget management, and retail merchandising collaborations with BX executive management. Additionally, the role demands strategic planning in sales performance analysis and financial controls to achieve ambitious business objectives. The position requires driving ticket sales through programs, promotions, and pricing strategies while also managing private events and fostering strong community presence through partnerships and local marketing initiatives.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year college or university
- 3-5+ years of leadership experience in entertainment hospitality attractions and/or retail environments
- Proven track record in sales group bookings or event management
- Strong business acumen and experience managing P&L performance
- Demonstrated success in local marketing or partnership development
- Excellent leadership communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work evenings weekends and holidays as needed
Job Qualifications
- 3-5+ years of leadership experience in entertainment hospitality attractions and/or retail environments
- Proven track record in sales group bookings or event management

Job Duties
- Oversee day-to-day venue operations ensuring a family-friendly and premium guest experience
- Lead, train and inspire HoloTheater staff to deliver customer experience excellence
- Maintain high standards for presentation cleanliness and operational readiness
- Monitor guest satisfaction and implement improvements based on feedback
- Ensure compliance with company policies safety regulations and local laws
- Implement and deliver on the HoloTheater ticket sales and customer success philosophies
- Drive ticket sales through strategic programming promotions and yield management
- Oversee and drive retail and concessions operations working with BX executive management on merchandise selection pricing and visual presentation
- Analyze sales performance and implement strategies to maximize revenues
- Manage budgets forecasts payroll and cost controls to meet financial targets
- Develop and execute strategies to grow group ticket sales including schools corporate outings tour groups and private parties
- Sell and oversee private events parties buyouts and special screenings from inquiry to execution
- Build relationships with local organizations businesses and tourism partners
- Collaborate with BX executive management to create memorable customized event experiences that drive repeat business
- Lead local marketing initiatives in coordination with BX Marketing Manager and executive management
- Establish cross-promotional partnerships with nearby attractions restaurants hotels etc.
- Develop brand awareness for the HoloTheater by representing the venue in the community
- Identify develop and execute grassroots marketing opportunities to increase attendance
- Work with BX executive management in the recruitment hiring and development of a high-performing HoloTheater team
- Foster a culture of hospitality accountability and enthusiasm
- Conduct performance reviews and provide ongoing coaching and feedback
- Manage scheduling and labor efficiency
