Through decades of dedication, Rebecca's Culinary Group/East Meets West blends creativity, quality, and professionalism to deliver unparalleled dining experiences. Their commitment to excellence and hospitality is evident in every event they manage, setting industry benchmarks for service and client satisfaction. Legal authorization to work in the United States is a fundamental employment prerequisite, upholding regulatory compliance and operational integrity.

The Event Planner/Coordinator position is a full-time, in-person role designed for an ambitious individual eager to grow their career within the hospitality and catering sector. Offering a competitive salary range of $75,000 to $130,000 annually, this role is integral to the company's continued growth and event execution excellence. The successful candidate will oversee the entire event lifecycle—from the initial client inquiry through final event delivery—guaranteeing seamless execution and exceptional client satisfaction. This includes collaborating closely with culinary and service teams, ensuring precise coordination of event logistics such as staffing, rentals, transportation, and setup. The role demands exceptional organizational and communication skills to act as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams, tailoring catering proposals to meet unique client needs, and fostering lasting client relationships that generate new business.

Flexibility is crucial, as the planner must often work evenings and weekends to align with diverse event schedules and client requirements. Proficiency in software tools including Microsoft Office, Caterease, Social Tables, and CRM systems is essential to manage bookings, sales tracking, and client communications effectively. The planner’s responsibilities extend to driving sales growth through strategic sales acumen and contract negotiation prowess, ensuring that monthly and annual sales targets are met or exceeded. This role offers an exciting, fast-paced environment where innovation, leadership, and problem-solving skills will directly contribute to the success of every event.
