Job Requirements
- Assist in the setup, execution, and breakdown of trade-in events at partner retail locations
- Serve as the face of SidelineSwap at events and deliver excellent customer service
- Evaluate sporting goods using value guides and trade-in technology
- Learn inventory management system for proper item distribution
- Photograph items accurately for e-commerce purposes
- Must be comfortable working on feet and standing for long periods
- Valid driver’s license
- Available to work on weekends
- Ability to work weekends 4-6 hours
- Comfortable interacting with customers in-person
Job Qualifications
- Working towards a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sports Management, Event Management, or other related field
- Demonstrated leadership characteristics such as team captains or project management
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Preferred but not required: retail experience, customer service experience, or event coordination
- Must be comfortable working on feet and standing for long periods
- Valid driver’s license
- Available to work on weekends
- Interest or background in sports is preferred
Job Duties
- Assist in the setup, execution, and breakdown of SidelineSwap Trade-In events at partner retail locations
- Serve as the face of SidelineSwap at Trade-In events and help to deliver the best customer experience possible
- Evaluate sporting goods using our value guide and trade-in technology
- Learn inventory management system to ensure proper distribution of items at events
- Photograph items to capture key details for the purpose of e-commerce
- Other duties as they arise
