Currently, we are seeking an experienced Director of Sales to lead the launch of a new hotel located in the scenic Del Mar area. This leadership role is vital in positioning the new property as the premier choice for both business and leisure travelers. The Director of Sales will be responsible for spearheading revenue growth initiatives, building and maintaining strong relationships with corporate and community clients, and driving the overall sales strategy from inception through execution. This role offers a competitive salary range of $90,000 to $110,000 annually along with bonus potential, making it an attractive opportunity for seasoned hospitality sales professionals.

As the Director of Sales, you will be joining a forward-thinking company known for supporting career growth and offering comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and retirement savings with a 401(k) match. Our working environment values diversity, inclusion, and equal opportunity for all employees. The successful candidate will have a background in upscale or lifestyle hotel sales leadership, exhibit strong negotiation skills, and demonstrate an exceptional track record in business development and client relationship management. Responsibilities extend beyond sales execution to include collaboration with hotel leadership in pricing and forecasting efforts, representing the hotel at industry events, and leading the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.

This is more than just a job – it is a career path designed for professionals ready to make a significant impact in hospitality sales. You will have the opportunity to expand your skills, build a wide professional network, and grow within a supportive management company that values innovation and excellence. If you are ready to take your sales career to the next level with a company dedicated to continuous growth and innovation, we encourage you to apply today and join us in shaping the future of hospitality.
