Restaurant Manager

IMMEDIATE OPENING for an experienced Restaurant Manager for a fine dining restaurant located in Pittsburgh, PA. Salary $65K to $68K with quarterly bonus and full benefits (listed below). Must have previous upscale dining/food & beverage experience with a hands-on management style, and knows how to manage the floor in an upscale environment. Candidates must be able to effectively run the business.

Responsibilities/Requirements:

Execute, practice and enforce all Company policies and procedures while improving quality, service and operations.
Consistent execution of all system, standards, and processes.
Maximize revenues by effectively managing reservations and driving local sales.
Development of staff while holding them accountable for performance and maintaining standards.
Monitor daily labor/matrix and other payroll reports.
Oversee service and guarantee that all points of guest contact meet standards, knowledge and experience with high levels of guest service.
Strong leadership and communication skills
Hospitality degree is a plus
