Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age or older
- Availability for full-time or part-time hours

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience as a line cook or prep cook preferred
- Knowledge of food safety standards and hygiene practices

- Good communication skills
Job Duties
- Prepare fresh and tasty sushi and other menu items according to Kura standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen and prep areas
- Adhere to food safety and restaurant sanitation guidelines
- Assist in inventory management and stock rotation
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient kitchen operations
- Multitask effectively during busy periods
- Participate in continuous learning of sushi preparation techniques
