Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent culinary training
- Minimum 3 years experience in a supervisory kitchen role preferably in fine dining
- Proven leadership and team management skills
- Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work flexible schedules including nights weekends and holidays
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods and handle kitchen workload
- Experience with inventory and cost control procedures
Job Qualifications
- Extensive culinary experience with a strong background in fine dining environments
- Proven supervising experience with demonstrated leadership capabilities
- Knowledge of dietary requirements and experience working within dietary departments

Job Duties
- Assist the Executive Chef in managing all kitchen operations including food preparation presentation and service standards
- Supervise kitchen staff during shifts providing guidance training and support to ensure high performance and teamwork
- Oversee food production processes ensuring consistency quality and adherence to recipes and menu specifications
- Manage inventory control and ordering to maintain optimal stock levels while minimizing waste
