Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in culinary arts, hospitality management, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a chef in a high-volume catering environment
- Knowledge of HACCP and other food safety standards
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Physical ability to work long hours on feet
