Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in a similar role preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Food handler certification is a plus
Job Qualifications
- Experience in sushi preparation or related culinary field
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
- Knowledge of Japanese cuisine and culinary techniques
- Bartending experience for bartender role
- Strong communication skills

Job Duties
