With a mission centered on celebrating and enhancing all lives with kindness and integrity, PSL stands out as a leader in the senior living industry, committed to fostering a positive environment not only for the residents but also for the employees who serve them.
At PSL, the role of Server is fundamental in ensuring that residents receive excellent dining experiences tailored to their needs. Servers play a vital part in the hospitality team, interacting daily with seniors in a way that is not only efficient and professional but also warm and personal. This position offers both full-time and part-time employment options, with competitive hourly wages ranging between $15 and $17 per hour, making it accessible for a wide range of applicants. The Server position at PSL goes beyond the typical duties of serving food; it is about building meaningful relationships with residents and contributing positively to their daily lives.
As a Server, you will have flexible scheduling that can often be tailored around your needs whether you are seeking full-time stability or part-time flexibility. The company supports its employees with same-day pay options and a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision insurance for full-time staff, along with a 401K retirement plan that includes matching contributions for both full-time and part-time employees. Beyond standard benefits, PSL invests in its people through ongoing career development programs, employee referral bonuses, and a strong sense of community fostered through programs like the PSL Cares financial support initiative and access to free community meals during working hours.
PSL's commitment to its employees extends to educational support through a CEU reimbursement program and structured mentorship that helps associates advance their careers nationally. The server role demands excellent communication skills, a solid background in hospitality, senior living, or a related service industry, and a genuine passion for serving seniors. Responsibilities include food preparation, serving meals promptly, maintaining cleanliness of food service areas, and showcasing problem-solving and judgment skills to ensure a safe and enjoyable dining environment for residents.
In summary, working as a Server at PSL offers a rewarding opportunity to impact lives daily in a positive and supportive atmosphere.
