We are currently seeking experienced and energetic front-of-house team members to join the FAR Out Hospitality family. This role is ideal for innovative and self-motivated individuals who possess a deep passion for hospitality and service, paired with an excellent palate and a commitment to delivering unforgettable dining experiences to guests. As a server with FAR Out Hospitality, you will have the opportunity to work in a professional, team-based environment where your efforts are valued and rewarded. Servers receive competitive hourly pay starting at $4.75 per hour plus tips, with full-time employees often making between $650 and $1,000 per week from tips alone. We pay our servers biweekly, and cash tips are taken home the same day.
