Their establishments are celebrated for blending traditional Japanese culinary techniques with modern flavors, offering guests unique and memorable meals in welcoming atmospheres.

The Server Assistant / Server role at Hai Hospitality is an exciting opportunity for individuals looking to start or advance their careers in the food service industry. This position is designed for candidates eager to learn about Japanese cuisine and beverage pairings, to engage actively in service operations, and to develop into a skilled server with the company’s comprehensive training programs. Full-time Server Assistants earn an average of $800 or more per week, with wages starting at $2.13 per hour plus tips. As you transition fully into the Server position, your earning potential increases accordingly.

In this role, you will be responsible for supporting front-of-house team members and contributing to a seamless dining experience for guests. Hai Hospitality provides peer-led training to educate you about beverages including beer, wine, and sake, which enriches your knowledge and ability to recommend drinks to guests. Your duties also involve direct interaction with customers by delivering food and explaining dishes, as well as handling curbside orders, ensuring all guests receive attentive and personalized service.

The company offers a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and accident insurance options, as well as an Employee Assistance Program with mental health services. There is also an employer-matched 401k savings plan, pet insurance, and dining discounts available to team members. Hai Hospitality prides itself on creating a supportive work culture that encourages professional growth, offering opportunities to advance within the company.
