The Line Server at Genghis Grill plays a crucial customer-facing role responsible for enhancing the overall guest experience at the Fresh Market Bar Area. Positioned strategically behind the Fresh Market Bar, the Line Server’s primary function is to interact with customers and guide them in creating their personalized bowls by selecting meats, spices, vegetables, and sauces. This role demands extensive knowledge of the Market Area products, including flavor profiles and recipe specifications, ensuring every dish meets the high standards set by Genghis Grill. Beyond assisting guests, Line Servers must maintain the Market Bar’s cleanliness and freshness by performing setup, maintenance, and breakdown duties while continuously adhering to food safety and sanitation regulations. The role requires the ability to handle equipment and supplies safely and accurately, comply with company cash handling policies, and maintain any necessary certifications, including food handling and alcohol licenses.
