We are currently inviting passionate and experienced professionals to join us as a Senior Wedding Planner on a contract basis. The compensation for this position ranges from $25 to $35 per hour, paid per project, making it an ideal role for those seeking both financial reward and professional growth in the wedding planning industry. Training and support will be provided to ensure you achieve success and satisfaction in this role.

As a Senior Wedding Planner at Leigh & Co. Events, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional wedding planning services on-site at various venues. You will work closely with assistant coordinators to oversee every element of the wedding day, ensuring that each detail aligns with the couple's vision. Your primary responsibility will be to create and manage comprehensive timelines that help couples navigate their special day with ease and confidence. You will also provide emotional support and maintain a calm, reassuring presence for couples during what can be a stressful and emotional time.

Your role will encompass overseeing the setup for both the ceremony and reception areas, managing day-of operations from morning preparations through to the event's conclusion. This includes greeting and directing vendors to ensure seamless coordination and clear communication about their timing and setup requirements. Additionally, you will be tasked with arranging all decorative elements such as seating cards, menu cards, table numbers, favors, and guest books to enhance the event’s aesthetic and guest experience.

Furthermore, you will assist the wedding party and family members with their needs, answer any inquiries they might have, and manage the logistics at the end of the event, including organizing gifts, guest books, and toasting flutes. This comprehensive involvement ensures that each wedding is not just a series of tasks completed but a smoothly orchestrated celebration that leaves lasting impressions on everyone involved. This role demands excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and a genuine passion for helping couples celebrate one of the most important days of their lives.
