Job Requirements
- 4+ years experience managing high profile casual dining restaurants
- Bachelor's Degree in hospitality management or similar degree preferred
- Proven experience in managing food and labor aspects of P&L and budgeting functions
- Well-organized with the ability to meet timelines and show results
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and listening skills
- Possess strong leadership skills
- able to direct a team to reach desired goals

Job Duties
- Actively attend to every station in the store to ensure each venue is ready for our guests
- Hire, coach, schedule, supervise and evaluate team members to meet performance and service standards
- Maintain all merchandising standards and manage inventory levels
- Maintain accurate financial and operational records (e.g. sales reports, payroll, cash handling, labor scheduling)
- Maintain safety and sanitation procedures in compliance with health codes
