The Restaurant Manager role at Eatzi's is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional with a passion for managing casual or fine-dining restaurants. The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the store's operation, ensuring every venue is ready to welcome guests and maintaining the highest standards of performance and safety. This role includes managing personnel, inventory, financial records, and compliance with health and safety codes. The manager will play a key role in coaching and developing team members, fostering a positive and productive work environment.

As part of the management team, the Restaurant Manager will also handle crucial operational tasks such as scheduling labor efficiently to meet budget constraints, handling cash and sales reports accurately, and ensuring that merchandising standards are maintained throughout the store. Job Requirements

  • 4+ years experience managing high profile casual dining restaurants
  • Bachelor's Degree in hospitality management or similar degree preferred
  • Proven experience in managing food and labor aspects of P&L and budgeting functions
  • Well-organized with the ability to meet timelines and show results
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and listening skills
  • Possess strong leadership skills
  • able to direct a team to reach desired goals

Job Duties

  • Actively attend to every station in the store to ensure each venue is ready for our guests
  • Hire, coach, schedule, supervise and evaluate team members to meet performance and service standards
  • Maintain all merchandising standards and manage inventory levels
  • Maintain accurate financial and operational records (e.g. sales reports, payroll, cash handling, labor scheduling)
  • Maintain safety and sanitation procedures in compliance with health codes
