Job Requirements

  • 4+ years experience managing high profile casual dining restaurants
  • Bachelor's Degree in hospitality management or similar degree preferred
  • Proven experience in managing food and labor aspects of P&L and budgeting functions
  • Well-organized with the ability to meet timelines and show results
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and listening skills
  • Possess strong leadership skills
  • able to direct a team to reach desired goals

Job Duties

  • Actively attend to every station in the store to ensure each venue is ready for our guests
  • Hire, coach, schedule, supervise and evaluate team members to meet performance and service standards
  • Maintain all merchandising standards and manage inventory levels
  • Maintain accurate financial and operational records (e.g. sales reports, payroll, cash handling, labor scheduling)
  • Maintain safety and sanitation procedures in compliance with health codes
