As a Restaurant General Manager at KBP Foods, you will play a pivotal role in driving the profitability and operational excellence of one of our fast-paced restaurant locations. Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- availability to close the restaurant at least two nights a week
- physical ability to lift and move heavy objects, stand and walk for entire shifts, safely maneuver through compact spaces, and operate restaurant equipment
- prior experience managing a restaurant with profit and loss responsibility
- basic understanding of food safety and sanitation standards
Job Qualifications
- At least one year of experience as a restaurant general manager in food service or retail with profit and loss responsibility
- quick service experience preferred

- excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

- knowledge of cash handling and inventory management
- proficiency in reviewing and interpreting financial reports
Job Duties
- Drive profitability by managing cash control and security procedures
- monitor inventory and manage labor
- review financial reports and take necessary action
- recruit, interview and hire team members, shift managers, and assistant general managers
- coach and train employees in operational excellence
- conduct inventory counts every other week
- maintain a clean restaurant ensuring every guest enjoys a friendly experience with a quality product
