The Restaurant/Entertainment Manager role at Lucky Strike Entertainment is an exciting, hands-on position that embodies the fusion of entertainment management and hospitality excellence. This includes overseeing the entire floor management, encompassing entertainment activities such as bowling leagues and open play sessions, alongside managing the Food & Beverage department and ensuring the upkeep of the property and its equipment.

Building and leading a talented team of hourly staff through recruitment, training, and efficient scheduling is crucial to ensure seamless center operations.
Demonstrating strong leadership, the manager motivates and empowers team members, leveraging their unique strengths to enhance productivity and guest satisfaction. They manage delegation effectively to maintain operational flow and maximize efficiency.
