Managing a portfolio of global properties valued at over $20 billion and generating more than $5 billion in annual revenue, Highgate provides expert guidance throughout the hospitality property lifecycle. From planning and development to recapitalization and disposition, the company distinguishes itself with creativity and innovative approaches such as developing bespoke hotel brands and utilizing industry-leading proprietary revenue management tools that anticipate evolving market trends to maximize asset value.

The Kitchn Supervisor role at Highgate Hotels involves assisting the Chef de Cuisine with overseeing culinary operations to ensure high-quality service delivery to guests. This is an hourly compensation position where the Supervisor will manage product orders, inventory, and kitchen staffing based on hotel business needs and forecasts. Key responsibilities include maintaining cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, guiding and leading team members by example, and providing hands-on support in various kitchen functions. This role requires close collaboration with culinary leadership to address guest feedback, oversee food safety compliance, and ensure that daily operational standards are consistently met. The Supervisor will also be responsible for training and developing culinary associates and ensuring all culinary equipment is maintained at 100% functionality, alongside managing inventory accuracy and month-end processes such as purchase orders and invoicing.
