The role of a Cook at Summit's El Paso, Texas correctional facility is a full-time, onsite position that offers a rewarding opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced kitchen environment.   • At least one year prior culinary experience in a high-volume establishment
  • Knowledge of culinary methods and standards
  • Strong multitasking ability
  • Familiarity with kitchen equipment and food identification
  • Customer service experience
  • Food handler certification preferred
