Job Requirements
- Completion of an approved culinary program or apprenticeship
- One to two years of increasingly responsible pastry experience in a hotel environment
- Ability to serve the needs of guests through verbal face-to-face interactions with discretion
- Must demonstrate a positive attitude and professional demeanor
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to a high level of guest satisfaction
- Completion of required training as scheduled
- Ability to stand or walk for extended periods
- Ability to work AM, PM, weekend, and holiday shifts as required by operational needs

Job Duties
- Prepare pastry items such as pastries, breads, desserts, ice cream, sorbet, mousse, custards, and cakes
- Ensure high quality and consistent presentation of all pastry products
- Collaborate with culinary and banquet teams to meet service demands
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pastry kitchen
- Manage inventory and order pastry supplies as needed
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards
- Train and mentor junior pastry staff
