Job Requirements

- 1 or more years of experience in customer service
- Working knowledge of nutrition values and ingredients

- Physical ability to safely maneuver around moving mechanical parts
- Constant reaching at waist level and grasping

Job Qualifications
- 18 years or older

- Experience with restaurant Point of Sale (POS) systems preferred

Job Duties
- Build strong relationships with customers in varying situations
- Take orders from customers
- assist with menu and beverage selections, including alcoholic beverages
- Provide detailed information on menu items and specials, and beer and wine
- Serve food, drink, and products to guests
- Process cash, check, debit, and credit transactions accurately and quickly
- Use suggestive selling techniques and merchandise effectively to meet guest needs and build department sales
- Interact positively with customers in person, on the phone, or through technology
- Assist with catering orders as needed
- Address complaints
