We are currently seeking a dedicated and friendly Server to join our team. This is a part-time position paying $2.13 per hour plus tips, with eligibility for benefits including paid time off, medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short and long-term disability, and a 401K plan after one year of service and working an average of over 30 hours per week. The primary objective of the Server role is to ensure guests have an outstanding dining experience by delivering attentive, courteous, and prompt service. This position requires excellent communication skills, the ability to multitask effectively, and a genuine passion for hospitality.

Servers at MH Restaurants act as the face of the establishment, welcoming guests warmly, presenting menus, offering recommendations, and fulfilling orders accurately and efficiently. Knowledge of the menu, daily specials, and any kitchen inventory updates is essential to enhance the guest experience. The role also includes responsibilities such as setting tables, replenishing condiments and utensils, preparing and serving drinks, processing payments, and coordinating with kitchen staff to meet specific customer requirements. Servers must also be ready to assist with special events, fill in for absent coworkers, and cross-train in various positions as needed.
