We are currently hiring full-time and part-time hourly restaurant dine-in food and beverage Servers, including Waitresses and Waiters. In this role, you will be a core team member of the P.F. Chang's scratch kitchen restaurant. Serving is more than just taking orders; it is about creating a personalized and exceptional guest experience that encourages repeat visits and customer loyalty. The Servers will engage guests by presenting the menu knowledgeably, answering questions, guiding them through various menu selections, and delivering orders with hospitality and professionalism. You will be responsible for anticipating and meeting customer expectations, ensuring their dining experience exceeds standards through prompt, courteous service.
