Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- prior kitchen management experience preferred
- team leadership experience preferred
- knowledge of food safety standards
- ability to work flexible hours
- strong organizational skills

Job Duties
- oversee the opening and closing of the kitchen
- oversee kitchen team members including scheduling, training and mentoring
- monitor food quality, safety and inventory needs
- assist chefs with kitchen operations
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen
- ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- manage inventory and receiving of supplies
