Job Requirements

  • 2-3 years of management experience in the restaurant entertainment or hospitality industry
  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • responsible alcohol service certification as required
  • food safety certification that meets state requirements
  • ability to stand and exert well-paced mobility for up to 12 hours
  • ability to lift 25-50 pounds

Job Qualifications

  • 2-3 years of management experience in restaurant entertainment or hospitality industry
  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • responsible alcohol service certification
  • food safety certification
  • strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  • ability to manage and motivate a team
  • knowledge of food preparation standards

Job Duties

  • direct the activities of back of house hourly associates ensuring cleanliness and sanitation
  • implement purchasing and cost controls
  • follow up with corrective action where needed
  • ensure made from scratch food is made to specification
  • perform administrative and accounting duties according to company policy
  • manage inventory and ordering supplies
  • maintain compliance with food safety and alcohol service regulations
