The role of Kitchen Manager at Applebee's is a pivotal position responsible for overseeing the entire back-of-house operation. The role requires standing and physical mobility for periods of up to 12 hours and the capability to lift weights ranging from 25 to 50 pounds. Reporting directly to the General Manager, the Kitchen Manager contributes significantly to the smooth operation and success of the restaurant.
