Job Requirements
- 2-3 years of management experience in the restaurant entertainment or hospitality industry
- high school diploma or equivalent
- valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- responsible alcohol service certification as required
- food safety certification that meets state requirements
- ability to stand and exert well-paced mobility for up to 12 hours
- ability to lift 25-50 pounds

Job Duties
- direct the activities of back of house hourly associates ensuring cleanliness and sanitation
- implement purchasing and cost controls
- follow up with corrective action where needed
- ensure made from scratch food is made to specification
- perform administrative and accounting duties according to company policy
- manage inventory and ordering supplies
- maintain compliance with food safety and alcohol service regulations
