Job Description

La Causa Development is a fully owned, for-profit subsidiary of Chicanos Por La Causa (CPLC), a respected organization known for its commitment to community development and empowerment. La Causa Development operates primarily in Arizona and Nevada, specializing in comprehensive real estate development services. These services range from design and construction to property management and sales, covering a diverse portfolio that includes retail, medical facilities, mixed-use developments, and both residential multi-family and single-family homes. With its subsidiaries Tiempo Inc., La Causa Construction LLC, and La Causa Realty LLC, the company delivers an integrated approach to real estate development and management, ensuring quality and sustainability across all projects.

The role available is crucial to maintaining the high standards of cleanliness, safety, and readiness that La Causa Development's communities are known for. As the individual responsible for cleaning and preparing homes and community spaces, you will set the standard for move-in ready environments. This position involves maintaining approved inventories of cleaning supplies, ensuring all common areas, offices, model homes, laundry facilities, and vacant units adhere to strict cleanliness and presentation standards prior to resident move-in. Your function directly influences resident satisfaction, overall safety, and the aesthetic appeal of the communities.

In this role, you will contribute significantly to creating welcoming and clean environments that residents are proud to call home. Dependability and attention to detail are paramount as you uphold company standards and provide excellent customer service in line with Tiempo Customer Service Standards. Working here means you are part of a team that values professionalism, courteous interactions, and commitment to excellence.

This full-time position operates on a Monday-to-Friday schedule, with some Saturdays as needed, reflecting the dynamic nature of property management and community upkeep. La Causa Development recognizes the importance of great people in driving success and offers a competitive benefits package to eligible employees. These benefits are designed to support your health, well-being, and professional growth.

Joining La Causa Development means becoming part of an organization that not only values diversity and equal opportunity but actively fosters a culture where varying perspectives drive innovation and creativity. As CPLC and its subsidiaries continue to expand, they are seeking individuals who share their commitment to community and quality. This role provides an excellent opportunity for those who take pride in hands-on work and understand the critical impact of clean, safe, and attractive living spaces on resident happiness and community success.
