Job Requirements
- No prior experience required
- Ability to remain stationary and navigate the hotel
- Capability to handle cleaning equipment
- Ability to access low areas and work safely at heights
- Physical ability to push or pull objects up to 50 pounds
- Ability to work in varied environmental conditions including humidity, fumes, and noise
- Willingness to travel to assist at other locations if needed
Job Qualifications

- Ability to understand and follow instructions
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to comply with company productivity and time management standards
- Good judgment in workplace situations
Job Duties
- Clean and prepare guest rooms according to company standards
- Maintain housekeeping carts, cart rooms, and laundry areas
- Stock carts and cart areas as directed
- Report maintenance issues to front desk or management
- Report left-behind guest belongings promptly
- Assist guests with reasonable requests
- Follow all safety and security protocols
- Complete annual required training
- Assist in cleaning hotel common areas including breakroom, guest laundry, fitness room, vending areas, stairwells, and communal spaces
- Perform additional duties as assigned
