This full-time, Monday through Friday role is essential to maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents, staff, and visitors. Housekeepers play a key role in the community by ensuring high standards of sanitation and hygiene across resident apartments, common areas, dining spaces, and administrative offices. The position involves routine cleaning duties such as dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces as well as disinfecting bathrooms and handling laundry tasks. Housekeepers also contribute to the overall comfort and well-being of residents by respecting their privacy and preferences during cleaning and engaging with residents in a friendly and courteous manner, fostering a positive community atmosphere.

Cogir Senior Living values its employees by providing competitive wages, comprehensive training, and opportunities for personal and professional growth within the company. Other benefits include early paycheck access (pay on demand), health, dental, vision, and life insurance coverage, paid vacation, holidays, sick leave, a 401K plan with company match, free meals at work, an employee assistance program, and a generous employee referral program. The company promotes a work-life balance with a Monday to Friday schedule and prioritizes the safety and satisfaction of its residents and employees alike.

Joining Cogir Senior Living as a housekeeper means becoming an integral part of a caring community that honors the dignity and quality of life of its seniors. The role calls for individuals with strong attention to detail, time management skills, and a professional attitude. Experience in senior living, healthcare, or hospitality housekeeping is preferred. By maintaining clean and orderly living spaces, housekeepers ensure that residents feel comfortable and cared for in their homes. Additionally, the role requires adherence to infection control protocols and proper handling of cleaning supplies and waste, highlighting the company’s commitment to health and safety standards.

At Cogir Senior Living, housekeepers are more than custodians; they are valued members of a supportive team dedicated to enriching the lives of senior adults and fostering a warm, welcoming community environment. This position offers a rewarding opportunity to contribute positively to senior care while advancing one’s career in a respected and growing organization.
