Moreover, the Housekeeper must stay in continuous communication with the Head of Housekeeping and other team members, reporting on room status and participating in daily and staff meetings. This ensures smooth coordination and maintenance of high operational standards. A part of the responsibilities includes assisting in training new employees and contributing to a positive and enjoyable working environment.
The position also emphasizes safety and proper chemical handling protocols according to OSHA and other relevant health and safety regulations. Attendants are expected to keep workspaces organized, observe and report maintenance issues, and handle equipment such as vacuum cleaners responsibly. They also support quarterly and annual deep cleaning projects to maintain the property in excellent condition.
