The Housekeeper position at Dynamic Systems Inc. is a vital role responsible for maintaining clean, safe, and orderly facilities within assigned areas, specifically located at Luke Air Force Base. This role operates on an on-call basis during the second shift from 4:30 p.m. to 1:00 a.m. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently or collaboratively within a team. The responsibilities include performing routine cleaning, sanitizing high-touch surfaces and restrooms, managing cleaning supplies and equipment, and following established safety and cleaning procedures. - Previous custodial or janitorial experience, particularly in a medical or professional setting

- Experience operating commercial cleaning equipment
Job Duties
- Follow established cleaning procedures, schedules, and safety protocols
- Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, high dusting, floor care, and trash removal
- Sanitize restrooms, common areas, and high-touch surfaces to maintain hygiene standards
- Maintain organized and properly stocked cleaning supply and equipment storage areas
- Safely and effectively use cleaning chemicals, tools, and equipment
- Operate cleaning equipment such as vacuums, floor buffers, and carpet cleaners
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members regarding work status or issues
- Support a clean, safe, and professional work environment at all times
- Perform other related duties as assigned
