Hotel Housekeeper

Our hotel in Phoenix, AZ, is dedicated to providing guests with a comfortable and memorable stay through exceptional service and immaculate accommodations. We are currently looking to expand our housekeeping team by hiring four dedicated Housekeepers, including both full-time and weekend part-time positions, to support our mission and uphold the quality our guests expect.

The Housekeeper role is vital within our hotel operations, focusing on maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in guest rooms and public areas. The responsibilities include cleaning and preparing guest rooms according to hotel standards, changing linens, making beds, cleaning bathrooms, floors, and common areas, restocking towels and amenities, and reporting maintenance issues or damaged items, ensuring all tasks follow established cleaning and safety procedures. Efficiency and attention to detail are essential aspects of this role to maintain the high-quality standards expected by both the hotel and its guests.

We offer two full-time positions with a schedule from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM, approximately 40 hours per week, with requirements to work weekends and holidays as needed. Additionally, there are two weekend part-time positions available, specifically for Saturdays and Sundays, with work hours starting at 9:00 AM and ending when assigned rooms are completed, typically between 3:30 PM and 5:30 PM. This flexibility allows candidates to choose the schedule that best fits their lifestyle.

Compensation for these roles is competitive, ranging from $15.15 to $16.00 per hour based on experience.
