Established with the mission to create enriching environments for seniors, Brookdale combines compassionate care with innovative services to support the well-being, independence, and dignity of its residents. As a company, Brookdale values diversity, inclusion, and professional growth, offering opportunities for career advancement within a supportive atmosphere. The organization promotes an inclusive culture where employees at all levels can thrive and contribute meaningfully.

Brookdale is hiring housekeepers for part-time and full-time positions, welcoming applicants who are eager to work in a community-focused and respectful environment where they can develop their skills and grow their careers. Housekeepers at Brookdale play a critical role in ensuring that the living spaces of residents are clean, safe, and welcoming. These roles come with a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) plan, life insurance, paid time off for full-time employees, and additional wellness programs. The base pay will be determined based on the candidate’s experience and skill level, with special programs supporting veterans, military personnel, and their spouses. Additionally, Brookdale offers financial assistance for qualified associates interested in pursuing U.S. citizenship.

As a housekeeper at Brookdale, your primary responsibility will be maintaining cleanliness throughout community living spaces. You will be expected to clean floors, dust, remove trash, mop, wax, and disinfect resident apartments, restrooms, and public areas. Cleaning duties may also involve vacuuming, shampooing, and deodorizing carpets to maintain the highest standards of hygiene and comfort for residents. Besides physical cleaning tasks, you will respond to resident room emergencies pertaining to housekeeping and log cleaning activities as required to ensure accountability and consistency.

Interaction with residents and guests is a key component of the caregiver mindset Brookdale nurtures. Housekeepers are encouraged to engage with residents in a friendly and courteous manner, contributing positively to the overall resident experience. Working at Brookdale means being part of a drug-free workplace that values safety, diversity, and respect.
