The Full-Time Housekeeper role at Cibola Vista Resort and Spa is a dynamic position integral to upholding the high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction that define the resort. This role involves performing a wide range of housekeeping services to prepare guest rooms and ensure all areas meet established cleanliness and maintenance standards. Housekeepers will engage directly with guests, enhancing their stay by responding promptly and courteously to requests and creating an inviting atmosphere. This position offers full-time hours with scheduling around 30 to 40 hours per week, inclusive of weekends and holidays, reflecting the resort's commitment to meeting guest needs at all times.

Job Requirements
- Previous hotel housekeeping experience
- open and flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- able to bend, stoop, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs and push/pull up to 100 lbs
- work a full shift of 8 hours walking and standing with or without reasonable accommodation
- strong customer service focus
- eligibility as a U.S. hourly Team Member not represented by a labor organization or subject to collective bargaining agreement

Job Duties
- Prepare all assigned units for guest arrival
- greet guests and respond to requests in a friendly manner
- report any maintenance problems
- maintain cleanliness of carts and ensure supplies and equipment are in a neat and orderly appearance
- assist management in maintaining inventory of linen and supplies
- perform other duties and special projects as assigned by housekeeping management
