Job Requirements
- 1-5 years of experience in marketing event planning
- bachelor's or associate degree in business, marketing, communications, or related field preferred
- proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Excel
- experience working with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce
- ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- physical ability to perform event-related activities including lifting 10-50 pounds
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's or associate degree in business, marketing, communications, or related field preferred
- 1-5 years of experience in marketing event planning
- experience with multi-location national companies preferred
- strong understanding of trade shows, client education events, sponsorships, and retail activations
- proficiency in CRM software such as Salesforce
- strong Microsoft Office skills including advanced Excel
- excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- sensitivity to inclusive event strategies accommodating individuals with disabilities
- experience analyzing marketing data
Job Duties
- Lead the planning and execution of national and regional trade shows
- organize and manage client education events
- oversee grand openings and in-store activations
- develop and execute virtual experiences including webinars
- manage special client plant tour events
- manage sponsorship engagements
- oversee sourcing stores and inventory of branded materials
- ensure creation and optimization of marketing materials
- track event budgets and expenses
- establish and maintain vendor relationships
- monitor event success and lead conversions
- support direct customer engagement at events
- maintain communication with partners
- coordinate updates for marketing collateral
- take on additional project support as needed
