IMMEDIATE OPENING for an experienced Restaurant General Manager for a fine dining restaurant located in Akron, Ohio. Salary $90K to $95K with quarterly bonus, 10 days PTO in your first year, · 401(k) + company match, · Comprehensive Medical, Dental, & Vision, Short & Long Term, Life Insurance. · Dining Allowance & Discounts. Must have previous fine dining management experience together with high volume.

Summary

Seeking a Restaurant General Manager who focuses on the guest experience, has a hands-on management style, is adept with financials, and knows how to manage the floor in an upscale environment. Candidates must be able to effectively run the business, while providing ongoing education/mentorship for their management team so strong leadership and communication skills are necessary.

Responsibilities/Requirements:

• Execute, practice and enforce all Company policies and procedures while improving quality, service and operations.
• Consistent execution of all system, standards, and processes.
• Maximize revenues by effectively managing reservations and driving local sales.
• Development of staff while holding them accountable for performance and maintaining standards.
• Monitor daily labor/matrix and other payroll reports.
• Oversee service and guarantee that all points of guest contact meet standards, knowledge and experience with high levels of guest service.
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Hospitality degree is a plus
