Job Requirements

  • Must be 21 years of age or older
  • Ability to stand, walk, and remain physically active for extended shifts
  • Capacity to lift and carry up to 50 pounds independently and 75 pounds with assistance
  • Ability to navigate stairs and multi-level venues
  • Skilled in working in hot and cold kitchen environments
  • Capability to perform repetitive hand motions required for food preparation
  • Effective communication in high-energy, noisy environments
  • Experience working in fast-paced, high-volume kitchens while maintaining quality and safety

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years culinary management experience in high-volume environment
  • Culinary degree or professional culinary certification preferred
  • Experienced in full-service kitchen and events-driven operations
  • Strong leadership and team coaching skills
  • Solid understanding of food cost management and portion control
  • Ability to work flexible schedules including evenings and weekends
  • Excellent communication and decision-making skills

Job Duties

  • Lead and supervise kitchen team to deliver best-in-class culinary experiences
  • Coach and develop team members and drive engagement
  • Delegate tasks effectively and ensure quality completion
  • Manage day-to-day line operations or event execution
  • Maintain culinary standards and standardize recipes
  • Plan and cost menus for special events
  • Ensure proper equipment operation and cleanliness
  • Monitor inventory and food costs within budget
  • Oversee kitchen safety and sanitation compliance
  • Demonstrate and promote company core values
  • Support development of a high-performance kitchen team
  • Document kitchen operations and production notes accurately
