Restaurant Manager

IMMEDIATE OPENING for an experienced Restaurant Manager for a fine dining restaurant located in Cleveland, Ohio. Salary $65K to $75K with quarterly bonus and full benefits (listed below). Must have previous fine dining management experience together with high volume. Position Summary

As Restaurant Manager, you will oversee daily restaurant operations while helping lead and develop a high-performing team. The ideal candidate is an energetic leader with strong operational knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a passion for hospitality and guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Recruit, hire, train, and develop team members
Lead daily restaurant operations, including service, food quality, and sanitation standards
Foster a positive and engaging work environment built on teamwork and accountability
Ensure exceptional guest experiences and professionally resolve guest concerns
Manage labor, food cost, and operational budgets to achieve financial goals
Maintain compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation regulations
Support and coach team members to drive performance and growth
Collaborate with leadership to maintain company standards and operational excellence
Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of Restaurant Management experience in upscale dining or fine dining
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Excellent organization and time management abilities
Proven ability to manage restaurant financials, including labor and food cost controls
Passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional guest service
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
