The Event Coordinator also provides administrative support and assists in community outreach initiatives across multiple company locations, playing a crucial part in amplifying the organization’s presence and impact. This position demands a proactive and adaptable professional who excels in multitasking, communication, and project management. With the need to occasionally work evenings or weekends for special events, flexibility is key. The ideal candidate will bring at least two years of relevant experience, preferably with a background in event coordination, hospitality, or a similar field, and a degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, Business, or a related discipline is preferred but not required. Familiarity with tools like Google Suite and Asana or other event management software will be advantageous.
